Our Community Group ministry plays a key role in expressing our core value of treasuring relationships. Community Groups are safe spaces to ask each other the question, “How is it with your soul?” We want to make places where people are known, loved and appreciated with God's love. In this regular gathering we share food, share about our selves, pray for each other, and serve others together. We hope for this to be the basic unit of ministry, outreach and connection at JBC and the fundamental way in which we build deeper relationships with each other.
We have a number of diverse groups that regularly meet in the Greater Seattle area. Please ask our pastors for more information about the gathering times of the different groups and how to get connected.
“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
